I am tech director at Texas School. I have windows 7 roaming profiles but deploying out windows 10 with SCCM. We are currently in testing phase. Issues are roaming profile permissions. Domain Admin cant access the roaming profile folder created .v5. I do have GPO applied that states add admins. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. Haven’t used roaming profiles much. Have you seen this thread? https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/9c9eba6a-8444-4033-8e64-6821da3b247f/domain-administrator-can-not-access-users-profile-folderserver-2012?forum=winserverDS

It looks like with Win10 version 1607/1703 it’s .v6, so be aware of that change. Make sure your GPOs are updated for latest Win10 version and make sure the file share the profiles live on is running at least Server 2012 R2. A good checklist to verify your steps can be found here. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj649079%28v=ws.11%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

      Good luck!
